I was just enjoying my yoga class and breathing etc when I started feeling this tiny little thing in my mouth. Ew. I knew what it was. Darn tonsil stone. It was just a small one thank goodness. They are smaller then they were at one point.
I don't get them as often but when I do, yuck. I hate it. This download found on the site for getting rid of tonsil stones is my saviour. I am finding that it's working for me. I have to keep doing some of the techniques but I have to say, it has to become a bit of a habit for it to work.
Anyways, good luck with yours, will post again soon.

Do You Have Tonsil Stones?
Do you know what those little yellow, possibly whitish stinky formations that sometimes come out of the back of your throat are? Those are called tonsolloliths or tonsil stones and it's an accumulation of a bunch of debris that gets caught in the cavities of your tonsils. They are wretched little crustations that possibly are the cause of halitosis (bad breath).
There is a recommended cure for these nuisances. This book called banish tonsil stones can help you get rid of them without the possibility of getting your tonsils removed. You can keep your body intact without suffering and having to go through surgery by following the recommended steps to remove them at home.
For now if you are still deciding, go ahead, try scratching your throat, using your finger or chopstick, even gargle with salt water. They are so annoying and honestly, why would you want to irritate that area of your throat that is helpful to preventing infections and viruses? Get rid of them fast and for good. Try it out. You've only got tonsil stones to lose ;).
